How Can I Help?
Do you know of a church, school or organization looking for a great project to help those in need? If so, consider a project for the American Red Cross of Ottawa County! The Red Cross is always looking for people willing to:

 

  • Raise funds for local Disaster Relief
  • Prepare "Comfort Kits" for victims of disaster
  • Sponsor a fundraising event (such as a golf tournament, chili cook-off, Ride for the Red, etc.)
  • Raise funds for a particular program offered by the American Red Cross

All American Red Cross disaster assistance is free, made possible by voluntary donations of time and money from the American people. You can help the victims of thousands of disasters across the country each year, by making a financial gift to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund, which enables the Red Cross to provide shelter, food, counseling and other assistance to those in need. Contributions to the Disaster Relief Fund may be sent to your local American Red Cross Chapter or to the American Red Cross, PO Box 37243, Washington, DC 20013.
